Kashmir Black Day Observed in Buenos Aires

BUENOS AIRES, Oct 28 (SABAH): To express solidarity with the oppressed people in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), a meeting was held at Buenos Aires, which was attended by people from different walks of life including Pakistani families. It was proceeded by a photo exhibition depicting Indian brutalities against the innocent Kashmiris and their resolve to continue with the struggle for right to self-determination.

Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Khalid Ejaz highlighted the grave human rights violations of the Indian security forces in IIOJK. He asked the Pakistani community to reach out to the human rights groups in Argentina with a view to apprise them about the humanitarian crisis in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJK).

He called on the conscientious people of Argentina to raise their voice against Indian efforts to change the demography of Kashmir with a view to deny the right to self-determination to the Kashmiris. Dr. Ejaz appreciated Argentina’s participation in the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan.

The speakers condemned Indian atrocities in IIOJK in the strongest terms. The messages of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan were also read out on the occasion.
