Jane Marriott meets Bilalwal Bhutto Zardari

ISLAMABAD, Jan 10 (SABAH): British High Commissioner to Pakistan Jane Marriott continued political engagements, meeting Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party, Bilalwal Bhutto Zardari in Islamabad.

Jane Marriott also met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan last week in Islamabad and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Quaid and former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif this week in Lahore.

Two days ago Jane Marriott had visited Pakistan Muslim Leaque-Q President and former prime minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain in Lahore and had discussed the political situation of the country with him.

She also continues to engage with other parties across the country. Throughout these meetings, she discussed various issues including UK-Pakistan relations, the economy, and stressed that inclusive elections in 08 February are vital to Pakistan’s future.
