Israeli bombing, the deputy head of Gaza’s civil defense, Mohamed Morsi martyred

GAZA, Sep 8 (SABAH): Israel continued its bombardment on Gaza Strip. Mohamed Morsi, the deputy director of civil defense and emergency services in Gaza, has been martyred by bombing. This series of bombing continued in the northern parts of the Gaza Strip on Sunday. Four family members of Mohamed Morsi were also martyred as a result of this bombing.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health has confirmed this targeted bombing. According to the statement issued by the Civil Defense Department of Gaza, after the death of Mohamed Morsi, a total of 83 civil defense personnel have been killed by Israeli bombardment. This department of civil defense is related to rescue and shifting the injured to the hospitals.

Citizens say that a number of houses were blown up in Al-Zeitoun, a suburb of Gaza City. This area is 5 km away from Jabalia. According to the medical staff, we are getting calls from people saying that we are stuck in our houses and injured but we cannot help them.
