Ismail Haniyeh urges Palestinians to stand up against ongoing slaughter by Israel
DOHA, Sep 3 (SABAH): The leader of Hamas’s political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, has stressed upon the people of Palestine to stand up against the ongoing slaughter and bloodshed.
In a statement, the leader of Hamas’s political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh said that Israel as well as its institutions were involved in incidents of killing. He stressed upon Phalestin’s Arab community to be united for the sake of tackling with the ongoing crimes by Israel.
He stated that Israel intentionally perpetrating bloodshed crimes under a pre-planned strategy. He also strongly condemned martyrdom of well-known Arab leader Sheikh Sami Abed al-Latif. An imam was shot and killed in Kafr Qara, two days after a double homicide in the Arab town.
According to media reports, 60-year-old Sheikh Sami Abed al-Latif was shot as he was exiting a mosque. Al-Latif was reportedly known for his role in helping resolve conflicts within the town.
