Ishaq Dar expresses gratitude toward Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for continuous support & cooperation with Pakistan
ISLAMABAD, May 23 (SABAH): Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki has expressed his country’s desire to further strengthen economic and commercial ties with Pakistan.
Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki, Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia called on the Federal Minister for Finance & Revenue Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar at Finance Division on Tuesday.
Ishaq Dar warmly welcomed the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia and appreciated the long-standing historical, religious, and cultural ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He stated that both states share outstanding relations on various fronts including economy and trade.
The Finance Minister also apprised the Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of policies and programmes of the Government to bring economic prosperity in the country through the upcoming budget. He also thanked the Saudi Ambassador their valuable support to Pakistan in economic and financial terms.
Nawaf Bin Said Al-Malki reciprocated the sentiments about the long-term relationship among both countries and shared that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia desires to further strengthen the economic and commercial ties with Pakistan.
In conclusion, Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar expressed gratitude toward Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for continuous support and cooperation with Pakistan.
