Inflation has snatched away peace from lives of masses & they are forced to commit suicides: Sirajul Haq
LAHORE, June 30 (SABAH): Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq has stated that inflation has snatched away peace from the lives of the masses and they are forced to commit suicides.
Sirajul Haq said this while speaking to party leaders and workers at Mansoorah on Thursday. He said that in wake of load-shedding, trade and business have shut down and unemployment has increased manifold. He said the policies of taking loans for the sake of paying of loans have failed. The rulers who compromised on the self-reliance and integrity of the country are criminals of the nation, adding that a completion on lies is afoot among all three political parties.
Sirajul Haq further said a new budget appears everyday in this land of ours which is an exception the world over, the previous 80 days of the collation government is nothing but an account of failures and frustrations.
At the moment all the political parties PML-N, PPP and PTI are part of ruling set-up though have failed as for as matter of delivering to the masses is concerned, he pointed out, saying these three parties have been ruling the country for many years.
Ironically, the said parties are seen staging protests at the nook and corners of the cities, he said, adding the nation wants to know these are protesting against whom. Basically, these parties have been befooling the nation on several slogans, he pinpointed, saying the nation is now well cognizant of the faces of these rulers as they stand badly exposed before the nation.
Moreover, he said the masses will hold accountable to these aristocrats and corrupt investors whilst the course of elections, saying the rulers are held responsible for all the prevailing crises encompassing poverty, unemployment, inflation and load-shedding.
Sirajul Haq appealed to the public to use their right of franchise in favour of Jamaat-e-Islami as it will introduce interest-free Islamic system of economy that is indeed ideology of Pakistan.
