Indian occupational police file charge-sheet against eight Kashmiris
SRINAGAR, Sep 1 (SABAH): Indian occupational police have filed a charge-sheet against eight Kashmiris in a court of India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency in Doda district of Jammu region in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in false cases registered against them.
The police produced the charge-sheet in the NIA court against these Kashmiri freedom activists in the fake cases registered against them in different police stations of Doda district under draconian law Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) for their affiliation with the Kashmir freedom movement. They include Muhammad Hussain Khateeb, Muhammad Amin, Zakir Hussain, Abdul Hai, Irshad Ahmed Itoo, Atta Muhammad, Muhammad Shafi and Majid Hussain.
It is to mention here that all these Kashmiris are now living in Pakistan. The Indian atrocities had forced them to migrate to Pakistan in 1990s.
Meanwhile, a court in occupied Kashmir convicted a freedom activist Shahid Fayaz Tarray, a resident of Bijbehara area of Islamabad district, and imposed a fine up to one lac rupees in a false case registered against him under UAPA.
