Indian judiciary’s decision regarding Article 370 & Article 35(A) is eye opener for pro India parties: United Jihad Council
MUZAFFARABAD, Dec 12 (SABAH): United Jihad Council has said that Indian judiciary’s decision regarding Article 370 and Article 35(A) is eye opener for pro India parties. It further stated that pro-freedom people and pro-freedom organizations don’t give any value to this decision.
These views were expressed during a special meeting of Muttahida Jihad Council presided over by Syed Salahuddin Ahmed.
It was stated during the meeting that people of occupied valley are busy in an historic struggle against Indian occupation and added internationally Occupied Kashmir is an admitted disputed area. Regarding its disputed status, there are resolutions of National Security.
Indian leadership including Jawaharlal Nehru promised to abide by these resolutions and admitted worth of opinion of Kashmiri people but practically India slowly and steadily strengthened its occupation on Occupied Kashmir while not fulfilling their promises which resulted into freedom movement.
Leaders of United Jihad Council stated that Indian judiciary is working on the agenda of the rulers. This is the judiciary which gave death penalty to Dr. Muhammad Afzal Guru. This is the judiciary which termed legal the pellet attacks on innocent children, old people and the women, they said.
The leaders further said that Indian judiciary’s decision regarding Article 370 and Article 35(A) is eye opener for pro India parties. They said Indian court did not deliver justice and added pro India parties should now join freedom loving people as only such struggle could put an end to the Indian occupation.
In the meeting, it was stressed that those who think that Indian leadership would go for a peaceful solution of the Kashmir dispute live in a fool paradise. Indian courts’ decisions could not affect our freedom struggle.
In the meeting, the martyrs were paid homage and it was pledged that no one would be allowed to dint freedom movement. Struggle would be continued until the achievement of the goal.
