Imran Khan sympathizes with those leaving PTI, salutes who resisting pressure
ISLAMABAD, May 18 (SABAH): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan expressed his sympathies with all those who under pressure have been made to leave the party and commended and saluted all the senior members who are resisting the extreme pressure to quit the party.
In a statement on Thursday, Imran Khan said: “My sympathies go to all those who under pressure have been made to leave the party.”
At the same time, Imran Khan said that he commended and saluted all the senior members who were resisting the extreme pressure to quit the party. He made it clear: “The nation will always remember them for standing up for Haqeeqi Azaadi.”
Talking about unlawful Punjab caretaker government’s claim of harboring 40 terrorists in Zaman Park, PTI Chairman said that when the illegal caretaker Punjab government announced that 40 terrorists were hiding in his house, they should not have named them.
However, Imran Khan stated that the reason they did not disclose their identities because what they were planning was to bring 30-40 people with them and then accuse him for harboring terrorists just like last time when they broke into his house through an armoured car and then planted Kalashnikov and petrol bombs.
Meanwhile, PTI refuted the reports regarding NAB notice to PTI Chairman’s wife Bushra Bibi in connection with Al Qadir University Trust case and termed all such reports baseless and concocted.
