Imran Khan summoned on April 11 in Toshakhana case
ISLAMABAD, April 9 (SABAH): District and sessions court Islamabad has summoned former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan in personal capacity in the Toshakhana case on Tuesday.
As per the details, the summons were issued by Additional District and Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal on a plea filed by Election Commission of Pakistan seeking an immediate hearing of the Toshakhana case.
The former prime minister has been asked to appear before the court on April 11 at 8:30 AM, the summon read and added that in case of non-appearance, the law will take its course.
The court also issued order to investigation officer of Kohsar Police Station to present all the record in the court. Relevant personnel were ordered to appear before the court in case if they remain failed in undertaking this assignment.
