Imran Khan has zero percent decision making power: Firdous Ashiq Awan

ISLAMABAD, May 28 (SABAH): Former leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and ex-federal minister for information and broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that former prime minister and Chairman PTI Imran Khan doesn’t stick to his decisions and that he has zero percent decision making power.

Firdous Ashiq Awan expressed these views during in an interview with a private TV channel. She further said that the former prime minister follows what he has asked to follow and forgets what had been asked him previously, while making his way to future issues.

She said that Imran Khan was of the viewpoint that Bushra Bibi is a veiled lady and does not cognizant of political affairs but indeed her interference into political matters during the former government of PTI took the former premier into closed alley as he was used to listen to her only while negating the voice of party and others. “One woman was so strong that she ruined the entire system,” she added.

“Being party’s spokesperson, I was assigned to target chief organizer of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz Sharif which I fulfilled actively,” she said.

She added, “The confrontation among the institutions had commenced after six months as the chairman PTI took over and the game had to be over and that I played role of bridge by bringing national narrative. Core members of party including Asad Umar, Murad Saeed and other names used to misuse the name of Imran Khan as they were not even capable of being elected as councilors from their constituencies.”
