Hundreds of workers of Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba take out march towards the US Embassy to demonstrate solidarity with Palestine
ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (SABAH): Hundreds of workers of Islami Jamiat-e- Talaba Pakistan took out march towards the US Embassy to demonstrate solidarity with Palestine.
Nazim-e-Ala Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba Pakistan Muhammad Shakeel presented the US Ambassador a protest memorandum. He made it clear that the US should not support Israel in its heinous acts against the innocent Palestinians as he added it is creating enmity against the US across the world.
He also stressed upon the other big countries to quit support of Israeli oppression against the innocent Palestinians while taking notice of the war crimes. He deplored if Muslims could not safeguard their women and children then what is the use of defense power of Islamic world.
Muhammad Shaeek expressed these views while presenting the memorandum and afterwards while addressing anti-US march, adding it is Pakistan’s first protest march. Students Grand Gaza march has warned the US, British, France and other countries that there would be done severe protests against the relevant governments.
Anti-US March commenced from Aabpara Chowk and reached the Red Zone where police in large number stopped the students from further carrying on the march due to which generated intense march.
During the march, flags of Israel were intentionally disgraced and even vehicles were running on these flags on the other side of the road.
It is worth mentioning here that administration accepted Jamiat’s demand and a delegation headed by Nazim Ahla were allowed to enter the US Embassy.
