Hizbul Mujahideen pays rich tribute to martyred freedom lovers Shiraz Ahmed Lone & Yawar Ahmed Butt  

MUZAFFARABAD, Nov 12 (SABAH): Hizbul Mujahideen Command Council has paid rich tribute to martyred freedom lovers Shiraz Ahmed Lone and Yawar Ahmed Butt in South Kashmir area in clash with the Indian army. 

According to a statement issued by Hizbul Mujahideen Spokesperson Saleem Hashmi, it has been said in the Hizbul Mijahideen Command Council meeting that armless Mujahideen-e-Kashmir are playing their role in freedom movement of Kashmir through rendering their blood and until and unless the characters like Shiraz Ahmed Lone and Yawar Ahmed Butt are present, the occupational forces will continue to face disappointment and failure and the day will certainly come when the dawn of freedom will rise. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chief of the Hizbul Mujahideen Saifullah Khalid. 

It is worth mentioning here that in a clash with Indian occupational forces in Zoolgham area of Kulgam district, Hizbul Mujahideen district commander Shiraz Ahmed Lone aka Abu Harris son of Abdul Rasheed Lone resident of Shashro Kulgam and Yawar Ahmed Butt aka Haroon Jihadi son of Abdul Samad Butt resident of Ponopura Kulgam embraced martyrdom while fighting bravely. Many Indian army personnel were killed and injured in the result of the clash which continued for many hours. 

The participants of the meeting while paying rich tribute to the martyred leaders, reiterated the resolve of continuing the struggle at every front till the achievement of the destination and said that no one will be allowed to commit treason with the blood of the martyrs. The participants of the meeting also prayed higher status in heaven for the martyred mujahideen and courage for the heirs to bear this irreparable loss.
