Hina Rabbani Khar, Nong Rong discuss global & regional issues of mutual interest

ISLAMABAD, Oct 05 (SABAH): Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong called on Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar on Wednesday.

According to a statement issued by Foreign Office Spokesperson Asim Iftikhar Ahmad on twitter, the two sides discussed various aspects of bilateral cooperation, China’s generous flood assistance and global and regional issues of mutual interest.

Meanwhile Thomas West, US Special Representative on Afghanistan called on Hina Rabbani Khar on Wednesday.

Hina Rabbani Khar reaffirmed commitment for a peaceful, prosperous and stable Afghanistan and stressed the need to uplift Afghan economy.
