LONDON, Mar 15 (SABAH): On the sidelines of Commonwealth Day celebrations Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar met Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland.

They explored ways to strengthen Commonwealth values and take Organisation forward at a time of unprecedented stress in multilateral system.
