Govt unveils a range of initiatives to uplift marginalized strata of society: Rana Mashhood

ISLAMABAD, Dec 29 (SABAH): Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan has said the government has unveiled a range of initiatives to uplift marginalized strata of society.

Talking to state-owned TV channel, he said Prime Minister’s Youth Programme has taken a monumental step towards inclusivity and empowerment of women, transgender persons and persons with disabilities.

Responding to a query, he said this year, under the Youth Loan Program, various facilitation centers would be established and specialized projects will be introduced to cater to the unique needs of women and persons with disabilities.
