Govt of PTI should be worried over its own acts: Shehbaz

LAHORE, Feb 07 (SABAH): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Monday has said that the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) should be worried over its own acts.

The PML-N President while talking to media persons after appearing before the accountability in Ashiana-e-Iqabl Housing scandal and Ramzan Sugar Mills case said that the country is facing severe level of corruption and deteriorating economy, adding that he is not saying this but transparency international is saying this. All the records of inflation have been broken and the condition of poverty-stricken masses is worsening day-by-day, he added.

Shehbaz Sharif said that the report of Transparency International showed increase in corruption. We are trying to send PTI government packing but Almighty Allah knows when government will be sent packing, he told.

Meanwhile in a statement issued on twitter on Monday Shehbaz Sharif

Said that attended by over 90 countries, the ongoing Winter Olympics 2022 in Beijing represent the power of sports in bringing nations together and showing human spirit of defiance in the face of odds such as the corona pandemic. He said that the kudos to the Chinese government for the wonderful arrangements.
