Govt of Pakistan should make a strong political, military & diplomatic strategy to solve Kashmir issue: Liaqat Baloch
RAWALPINDI, Aug 5 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and former parliamentary leader in the National Assembly Liaqat Baloch has said that the government of Pakistan should make a strong political, military and diplomatic strategy to solve the Kashmir issue.
While talking to journalists and media channels, Liaqat Baloch said that Jamaat-e-Islami’s public national sit-in at Murree Road has become the center of hopes of 250 million people and the passionate center of expressing solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine and Kashmir. He said August 5 Exploitation Day is a protest against Indian fascist Narendra Modi’s usurpation of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
He said on August 5, 2019, the Indian government unilaterally abrogated Articles 370, 35A of the Indian Constitution, violating all international laws, UN charters and resolutions, which the Indian Parliament, the judiciary did not have the right to do so. He said that human blood is flowing like water due to Indian fascism and the oppression of the occupying army in the Kashmir valley. After August 5, 2019, Indian fascism has taken away all rights from Kashmiris, he added.
Liaqat Baloch further said that Palestine and Kashmir are long-standing, long-pending internationally recognized unsolvable problems. He said these issues are a debt on the neck of the world of Islam, international organizations and international powers.
The martyrdom of Ismail Haniya, head of Hamas, has infused new vigor, life and enthusiasm to the freedom movement, he said. India and Israel will be drowned in the blood of the martyrs of the freedom movement, he said and added the government should make a strong political, military and diplomatic strategies to sort out these issues.
Liaqat Baloch said that Jamaat-e-Islami’s sit-in is not a political or self-interested agenda, instead of giving relief to the people, adding the government is doing politics of lies, deceit and deception. He said the Jamaat-e-Islami does not want political credit but the solution to people’s problems.
He said the struggle to rise above the interests and power politics has united and mobilized the people, women, youth, students, farmers, workers, traders and industrialists. The government must surrender to peaceful political democratic resistance, he said and added the government’s conspiracy to spread anarchy, corruption and selfishness in the country will fail.
