Govt not to offer PTI for talks on various issues: Irfan Siddiqui
ISLAMABAD, Jul 29 (SABAH): Parliamentary leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) in the Senate, Senator Irfan Siddiqui on Monday said the government would not offer to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for talks on various issues anymore.
Talking to media outside the Parliament House, he said that it was now time for PTI leadership to request the government for the negotiations to settle down the matters.
Irfan Siddiqui said that earlier, the government’s doors were opened for the PTI leaders to initiate dialogue with it, adding that the opposition party had always showed reluctance, non-seriousness and immaturity.
He said the coalition government would complete its five years constitutional tenure as it was effectively working for the welfare and economic stability of the country.
Commenting on Asad Qaiser’s statement about PTI will come into power in December, Irfan Siddiqui said that there was no restriction and curbs on dreaming.
After passage of December then 2025 will begin but the PML-N would remain in power as it was inception with heavy mandate of the people, he concluded.
