Govt determined to ensure supremacy of constitution for proper functioning of democracy in the country: Murtaza Solangi

ISLAMABAD, August 23 (SABAH): Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi says interim government believes in supremacy of law and constitution and has nothing to do with arrest of any political party worker.

In an interview with a private news channel, Murtaza Solangi said government is determined to ensure supremacy of constitution for proper functioning of democracy in the country.

Information Minister said government believes in freedom of expression and all political parties have equal rights to speak.

He said state institutions are free to take decisions and interim government would ensure holding of the upcoming general elections in a transparent manner.
