Funeral prayers of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, FM Hossein Abdollahian & other deceased persons offered

TEHRAN, May 22 (SABAH): The funeral prayers of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Abdollahian and other deceased persons were offered, in which thousands of people participated. Distressing scenes were seen during the funeral prayers.

The funeral prayer of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, who died in a helicopter accident, was performed in the capital Tehran. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei led the funeral prayers of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian and others in Tehran. The bodies of the deceased were brought to Tehran from Tabriz by plane.

Late President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Abdullahian and other people who died in the accident, their funeral prayer were offered by thousands of people from many countries, including Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas. Ibrahim Raisi will be buried Thursday in the premises of Imam Ali Raza (A.S.) in his native city of Mashhad.
