From Nov 16th to 23rd, a week-long celebration of arts & literature organized at AlHuda Int’l School
ISLAMABAD, Nov 22 (SABAH): From November 16th to 23rd, a week-long celebration of arts and literature was organized at AlHuda International School. Alongside fascinating activities, various competitions were also held, such as writing and oratory contests, painting, storytelling, advocacy, art of expression, graphic designing, and a student-led exhibition to showcase talents in 2D, 3D, and a Bake Sale, among others.
Students enthusiastically participated in these activities based on their interests. The event not only guided the students but also encouraged them to confidently showcase their skills, embracing their passions.
Following these events, an appreciation ceremony was conducted to acknowledge the efforts and enthusiasm of the students. Honorable guests visited from twin cities. Irtaza Hassan, Shehzad Zia and Abdul Razzaq Sial visited the event of emerging entrepreneurs, whereas Abdul Jabbar Bilal and Sabir Abbasi were the guest of honors in Dawah Forum Event. They delivered brief speeches praising the excellence of the students and expressed awe and admiration for their presentations. They applauded the students for demonstrating their talents with courage.
The event organizers praised the students for not only showcasing their artistic abilities but also for fostering a constructive mindset that integrates both religious and worldly perspectives. They acknowledged the institution, under the auspices of the Al-Huda Welfare Foundation, as a unique establishment that offers an excellent blend of religious and contemporary education in the present era.
The primary aim of AIS, “The Quran for Everyone, in Every Heart, in Every Hand,” aims to build a strong connection with Allah (SWT) from the beginning and prepares students to confront worldly challenges.
Within a short span of 12 years, Al-Huda International School has successfully evolved into an exemplary educational institution, not only providing academic facilities from Montessori to A Levels but also giving special attention to character building alongside education. Hence, this year’s event focused on self refinement.
It is hoped that such initiatives by institutions with positive and constructive objectives will serve as guiding lights for similar establishments.
