Fascist India has launched all-out war against Kashmiris in occupied territory of Jammu Kashmir: Masrat Alam Bhat

SRINAGAR, Dec 21, (SABAH): The incarcerated Kashmir Resistance leader and Chairman All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Masrat Alam Bhat in a statement through his Spokesperson said that Fascist India has launched all-out war against Kashmiris in occupied territory of Jammu Kashmir and the criminal silence of International community has exposed them of taking side of aggressor.

The spokesperson while condemned the sealing of residential properties of Freedom loving people including residence of Shaheed Syed Ali Geelani’s (Icon of Kashmiri Resistance) and hundreds of properties belonging to Jammat-e-Islami (JEI) by Indian occupying authorities said the government of India after illegal settlement, has launched all-out war against the civilian population of Kashmir by attachment and bulldozing the houses of leaders and activist of self-determination movement.

The intentional attack on agriculture and Horticulture which is backbone of Kashmir economy, Silencing dissent under fake and concocted charges, arresting and jailing common Kashmiris in different jails of India, we want to remind Indian occupying authorities that she has weak reminiscence, in last three decades your occupational troops perpetrated heinous crimes by killing Kashmiris under the age group from six months baby to ninety-two years old. Your troops raped our women from eight to eighty years old, used rape as a weapon of war to silent us, you burned our property worth billions, you maimed our thousands of kids, you jailed tens of thousands, you used 3rd degree torture to almost a million Kashmiris, despite all these war crimes perpetrated by Indian occupational forces the Kashmiris stood firm to achieve their fundamental right i.e. Right of self-determination guaranteed by UNSC on January 05 1949.

Our struggle will continue until the people of occupied Jammu Kashmir be given the right to choose under free and impartial plebiscite. We sacrificed everything to get rid of your occupation and continued our war of liberation. We reiterate that resilient Kashmiris will continue war of liberation till last occupational troop will not leave the disputed region. No power on earth can break resolve of Kashmiri people to continue resistance against Indian Military might. We will not allow anyone to succeed in nefarious designs to break the will of people to make them surrender. We believe that unlawful occupations are not resolved, occupations are ended.

We appeal to international community to wake up to the realities on the ground and to protect Kashmiri people against Indian genocidal act. The international community needs to open its eyes and see impartially what is happening in international recognized disputed region. Moreover, the Islamic republic of Pakistan who is legal party to this dispute has moral responsibility to approach secretary general of United Nation to stop India from committing these war crimes and crime against humanity in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir and also launch a legal battle before the available international courts.

The Chairman APHC has also urged the diaspora and other friends of Kashmiri freedom movement to expedite the liberation movement and impress all international foras that Indian occupying authorities are violating the livelihood of Kashmiris by bulldozing and attaching their residential properties.
