In a statement issued on Monday, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani said that was trying to sabotage efforts towards the solution of Kashmir in accordance with the Security Council resolutions and other peace agreements of the nations especially the promises made with the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasised upon the United Nations and its relevant organs to prevent India from seizure of properties and sealing of houses of the Kashmiris for their sin of demanding the right to self-determination.

He asked Pakistan as a party to the Kashmir dispute to raise the horrific matters like seizure of properties and houses of the pro Hurriyat leaders before the SC and take such measures before the international Court of Justice (ICJ) to protect the people of Kashmir from India’s tyranny and gross human rights violations
