Farooq Rehmani appeals people of J&K to observe black day on next Friday against desecration of Holy Quran by a racist party in Sweden

ISLAMABAD, April 19 (SABAH): Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, Convener All Parties Hurriyet Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir, in a statement here on Tuesday, appealed the people of Jammu and Kashmir to observe black day on next Friday against the desecration of the Holy Quran by a racist party in Sweden, forced recitation of India’s national anthem in mosques, Muslim shrines, Imambarghas in Kashmir, prosecution of kashmiri students, scholars, journalists, writers of the Occupied region, mass campaign of lynching Indian   Muslims across India by RSS goons abetted by the Modi administration.

He appealed to UN CHR and AI and the Human Rights Watch and especially the America and European governments and their parliaments to take cognizance of the dark laws, rules and regulations of the Modi regime to suffocate human voices of the Kashmiris to annihilate the entire Muslim population of the illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He warned that strangulation under anti-human rights laws was total and revengeful in the occupied region and the people were not allowed to express their ideas without risking their life, honour and property. All the political leaders not toeing the Delhi line forcible occupation had been put behind bars and charged with fabricated stories of crimes against them.

He stated there where significant human rights violations reports against the Indian rule in Kashmir and the establishment was Hell bent to kill the Kashmiri intellectuals and leaders in jails while the sufficient proof had been provided by encouraging police to prosecute and persecute students, journalists and politicians on concocted charges. He said some human rights defenders, writers and journalists and political leaders were already charge sheeted, others were ready to be thrown in this Hell of black laws. He narrated that Modi regime of Hindutva Fascist ideology was ruthlessly following draconian rules and regulations to sentence the accused leaders and writers and rob students of their rights to accomplish their studies in universities and join job fields to serve their community.

He feared there was actual danger to their lives while properties of kashmiri Muslims already ran the risk of being confiscated by the government under some black rules and regulations. He stated that the latest such example was arrest of Dr. Abdul Aala Fazili of the Kashmir University, whose house was raided by 26 police personnel last Saturday, searched from dawn to dusk, harassed ,the family kept locked and every thing was taken and University scholar was taken into custody for some unknown destination away from Kashmir by police.  Therefore,  it’s sufficient proof that everyone in Kashmir lives a life of threat and it’s of utmost importance that the citizens life in a disputed territory should not be allowed to be jeopardized. Hence, the UN should immediately take notice of the unpleasant unfoldings in Jammu and Kashmir and direct Indian government to be cautious and careful about Kashmir and it’s suffocated and suppressed people.
