Farewell reception held in honor of MS Sahibzada Dr. Anwar Ahmad Bagwi on his retirement from the post of MS of Mansoorah Teaching Hospital

LAHORE, Sep 23 (SABAH): A farewell reception was held in honor of MS Sahibzada Dr. Anwar Ahmad Bagwi on his retirement from the post of Medical Superintendent of Mansoorah Teaching Hospital, the center of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan.

Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Ameerul Azim presided over the ceremony. Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Political Adviser and Former President Governing Body Mansoorah Dr. Farid Ahmed Paracha, Administrator Dr. Zikrullah Mujahid, General Secretary Governing Body and Finance Controller Jamaat-e-Islami Nazir Ahmad Janjua, Acting MS Mansoora Hospital Dr. Nisar Ahmad Shah, Abrar Ahmed Bagwi, doctors, nurses, paramedical staff of Mansoorah Hospital including social activist Mateen Butt participated.

In the event Dr. Anwar Ahmed Bagvi was felicitated for his role in the welfare and development of the hospital. Ameerul Azim said that the doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff of Mansoorah Hospital have made it an ideal hospital in Lahore during the 10 years of service of Dr. Anwar Ahmed Bagwi. In this regard, discipline, mercy, and good service have further polished it.

Hospital Dr. Farid Ahmed Paracha said that ex-Emir Jamaat Mian Tufail Muhammad laid the foundation stone of Mansoorah Hospital and after that former Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Qazi Hussain Ahmed, Syed Munwar Hassan and Sirajul Haq helped in the construction, development and welfare of Mansoorah Hospital while Dr. Anwar Bagvi kept his focus on doing true service through his profession.

Nazir Ahmed Janjua said that the efforts made by Dr. Anwar Bagwi to take welfare measures for Mansoorah Hospital and make it a welfare hospital are as clear. At the end of the ceremony, Ameerul Azeem also presented a commemorative shield to Sahibzada Anwar Bagwi.
