Fake election results are the evil root of political crisis: Liaqat Baloch

LAHORE, June 16 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Liaqat Baloch has said that the message of Eid-ul-Adha and embodiment of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is that the believers should purify their intentions and actions for the sake of Allah. He said the world of Islam will be saved from crises, troubles and humiliations by unity of Ummah and not by divisiveness.

Liaqat Baloch said on the basis of mutual unity, mutual respect and common pain in the Ummah, break the idols of prejudices, hatred, jealousy, lies and deceit. He said that Palestinians and Kashmiris are bleeding on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. The colonialist and oppressive forces have deprived the Palestinians and Kashmiris of their right to freedom, he added.

He said the sacrifices of the people of Palestine and the people of Kashmir in the face of oppression, murder and genocide are eternal and their perseverance is awakening the whole world. He said the rulers of the world of Islam should give up indifference, criminal negligence and show the courage of faith to help the oppressed Muslims.

Israeli Zionists are not ready to listen to anyone, he said and added the judgment of the International Court of Justice has been thrown into the trash. He said America and Britain have bad intentions, adding the Islamic world has to solve its own problems with the power of unity. Muslims around the world express solidarity with the Palestinians on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, he added.

Liaqat Baloch said in a meeting with delegations from Gujranwala and Faisalabad in Mansoorah that political instability is creating a very dangerous situation for national security, adding fake election results are the evil root of political crisis. He said budget 2024-25 has fueled the burning sentiments of rebellion among the people.

Liaqat Baloch said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s address to the nation is like a joke to the people and sprinkling salt on the wounds of the people injured by inflation, unemployment, utility bill bombing. The time of intense public resistance is approaching, he added.
