Every legislation of govt is unfair & based on interests & malice: Liaqat Baloch
LAHORE, Sep 04 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami, Liaqat Baloch has said that every legislation of the government is unfair and based on interests and malice.
Liaqat Baloch, in a meeting with the delegation headed by Maulana Allah Wasaya, the central leader of the Islamic Conference on the Aqeedah Khatman-i-Nubuwwaat Conference, consultative meeting of Women’s Circle, and the central leader of the World Council of Khatman-i-Nubuwwat, said that the Muslims of Pakistan are dominated by religion, the Aqeedah Khatman-i-Nubuwwat. They will never make any compromise for the protection of the glory of Prophethood. The fabric of national unity is weakening due to deviation from the orders of Quran and Sunnah, he noted.
He said the overwhelming majority of the people have a great passion for love of Islam and Ishq-e-Mustafa (SAWW), adding anti-Islamic elements and propagating elements of liberalism and secularism repeatedly attacked Islamic rituals and Islamic beliefs, but the people remained successful.
He said Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa made his position honorable by referring to the error in the twice revised decision of the Supreme Court, adding a detailed decision should come before 7 September 2024 and all concerns and ambiguities should be removed.
Liaqat Baloch while talking to journalists said that every legislation of the government is unfair and based on interests and malice. Because of the fake election results, the government and the assemblies already have no credibility among the people, the government writ and its existence has no effect anywhere in the country.
He said if controversial constitutional amendments are made by obtaining majority on fake basis, it will be a mega scandal of constitution and legislation, adding rulers should not embarrass the judiciary with controversial decisions and legislation.
