Envoys’ Conference 2024 concludes, after deliberations on steering Pak’s foreign policy through present day challenges & opportunities

ISLAMABAD, Jan 06 (SABAH): Envoys’ Conference 2024 concluded on Saturday at the Foreign Office, after deliberations on steering Pakistan’s foreign policy through present day challenges and opportunities.

According to a statement issued by Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch on twitter, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar and Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani shared their vision of Pakistan’s foreign policy.

The envoys discussed key aspects of Pakistan’s foreign policy, emphasizing economic diplomacy and Pakistan’s continued commitment to purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, multilateralism and international law.

The conference was attended by Foreign Secretary Muhammad Syrus Sajjad Qazi, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States Sardar Muhammad Masood Khan, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Munir Akram, Pakistan’s Ambassador to France Asim Iftikhar Ahmed, Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Khalil-ur-Rahman Hashmi, former foreign secretary and Director General Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad Sohail Mahmood, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Union Amna Baloch, FO Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch and others.
