Educational institutions, hospitals, houses & mosques become the heap of rubble due to rain of fire & ammunition in Gaza: Prof. Dr. Hafeezur Rehman
RAWALPINDI, Dec 27 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan and a private educational institution jointly organized reception in honor of the male and female students of Gaza present in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman, Palestinian Ambassador to Pakistan Dr. Zuhair Zaid, Director Doctor of Rehman UK Dr. Yousufddin Sheikh, President PMDC Dr. Rizwan Taj, Air Marshal (retd) Arshad Malik, Dr. Saad Zafar and representatives of other institutions and organizations addressed the ceremony.
Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said that educational institutions, hospitals, houses and mosques have become the heap of rubble due to rain of fire and ammunition in Gaza, adding that in this situation the students of Gaza have continued their studies. He said that the students studying in last year of medical had not opportunities of completing last year of degree in Gaza.
Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said that in this situation Alkhidmat Foundation started the mission of completing the education of male and female students, adding that in result of the cooperation of like-minded organizations we provided the facilities of continuing the education to Gaza students in Africa, Turkiye and Egypt.
Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman said that when we contacted Pakistani medical colleges and universities, hundreds of educational institutions termed the help of Gaza students as an honor. He said that it was very difficult task to bring Gaza students to Pakistan but with the Blessings of Almighty Allah we were succeeded. He said that Alkhidmat Foundation is thankful to all the stakeholders but more importantly we are thankful to the sons and daughters of Palestinian soil who afforded the opportunity to the Pakistan for hosting them. He said that Alkhidmat Foundation with the support of its welfare and educational partners is providing education, accommodation, health and other facilities to these male and female students. He said that more working is continued for arrival of more students and soon more students will come to Pakistan in medial and other fields.
