Digital Journalists hosts ‘Palestine Issue; The Human Tragedy’ Seminar in Islamabad
Islamabad (Press Release) Digital Media Journalists Association (DMJA) hosts a seminar titled “Palestine Issue: An Human Tragedy” in Islamabad. The speakers expressed their determination that Until Palestinian lands are free, until an independent Palestinian state is established with Al Quds as its capital, we will continue to support Palestinians.
The seminar, which was held at a local hotel, was addressed by Dr Sabir Abu Maryam Secretary General Palestine Movement, Senior Analyst Ameer Abbas, Bureau Chief BOL News Siddique Jan, Anchor Makhdoom Shahab ud Din, Sikh Representative Harmeet Singh, Senior Journalist Nadir Baloch, Human Rights Activists Razi Tahir, President DMJA Faisal Tarar and others.
Speakers said Israel was an illegitimate state created and supported by the United States and Western countries to maintain their colonialism in the modern era. The father of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had said that Pakistan would never recognise Israel. Following the footprints of the founder of Pakistan no one will be allowed to change Pakistan foreign policy about Israel.
Speakers called for the rulers of the Muslim world to help uproot Israel. They also condemned attacks of the Zionist forces on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and vowed not to remain silent on such atrocities.
“Palestine is not a Jewish problem. It is a problem created by Zionists which is a question for all humanity,” They added
More than 85 digital journalists along with Qamar Mekan, Jahangir Khan, Mughees Ali, Gohar Abbas, Ziyad Ali, Malaika Noor, Nimla Jutt, Javeria Jamal, Ehtisham Ch, Mansoor Qureshi, Rana Uzair and others participated.
