DFP pays tributes to martyrs of Handwara on their martyrdom anniversary: Spokesperson Advocate Arshad Iqbal
SRINAGAR, Jan 21 (SABAH): Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has paid glowing tributes to the martyrs of Handwara on their martyrdom anniversary.
In a statement issued in Srinagar on Sunday, the DFP Spokesman Advocate Arshad Iqbal said that on this day (21 January) Indian occupation forces showered bullets indiscriminately on participants of a peaceful procession.
Remembering victims of the bloodiest massacres that took place in the month of January since 1990, Advocate Arshad Iqbal appealed to the international community to pressurize India to probe these massacres and other innocent killings.
The DFP spokesman while lauding the Kashmiris’ sacrifices to achieve their right to self determination, reiterated the people’s pledge to take the ongoing freedom struggle to its logical conclusion.
