Delegation headed by newly-elected Secretary General JI Women Wing Dr Humera Tariq holds meeting with Sirajul Haq

LAHORE, Nov 14 (SABAH): A delegation headed by newly-elected Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Women Wing Pakistan Dr. Humera Tariq held a meeting with Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq at Mansoorah on Tuesday.

On this occasion, Dr. Humera Tariq said that Jamaat-e-Islami has complete charter of rights of women and added Jamaat-e-Islami’s manifesto deals with women belonging to villages as well as cities. She said Jamaat-e-Islami is trying that their justified rights be given to them.

Other than this, a number of other current matters including organizational issues and strategy of Jamaat-e-Islami came under discussion.

Sirajul Haq issued important directions relating to women. He also prayed for newly elected secretary general and her firmness with the mission. On the occasion, former secretary general Durdana Siddiqui was also present.
