Country’s development is interlinked with provision of modern education to women: Raja Pervez Ashraf

GUJAR KHAN, May 30 (SABAH): Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that country’s development is interlinked with provision of modern education to women. He added, “it has been the prime priority of incumbent government to provide modern facilities to women for easy access to higher education.”

Raja Pervez Ashraf expressed these views while visiting Associate Degree College for Women, Manghot Gujar Khan. Speaker National Assembly said that being public representatives, providing education and basic health facilities to the people of Gujar Khan has been his chief goal. He also expressed his resolve that Gujar Khan will be the hub of education as Potohar Campus Gujar Khan Rawalpindi will usher in new era of education revolution in Gujar khan. He said that the Parliament is committed to to legislate for provision of best education and health facilities to the people. He said hat the country is on the path of development and the time is not far when the current government will be able to overcome the present.

Speaker National Assembly said that the problems of shortage of teachers faced by the college would be resolved .He also issued instruction to the concerned departments for immediate solution of gas and electricity problems faced by the Girls Degree College and other infrastructural issues. Raja Pervez Ashraf expressed his satisfaction and happiness on the excellent academic results of women degree college Gujar Khan. He emphasized the need to take immediate steps to solve the traveling issues and provide travel facilities to the all students.

Principal Government Girls College Manghot Samia Nishat thanked Raja Pervez Ashraf for gracing the ceremony at college. She said that the Speaker National Assembly has always solved public problems on a priority basis. She paid tribute to the Speaker National Assembly for taking special measures on behalf of himself and the staff teachers. The participants of the ceremony and the elders of the area paid tribute to the Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Asharf for his dedication and service to people of area. They said that Raja Pervez Ashraf is the pride of Gujar Khan and his services rendered for the development and prosperity of the region will always be remembered.
