Chinese consortium of banks sign RMB 15 billion (~$2.3 billion) loan facility agreement: Dr. Mifah Ismail

ISLAMABAD, June 22 (SABAH): Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Dr. Miftah Ismail Ahmed has said that the Chinese consortium of banks on Wednesday signed the RMB 15 billion (~$2.3 billion) loan facility agreement after it was signed by the Pakistani side on Tuesday.

In a statement issued on twitter on Wednesday, Miftah Ismail said that the inflow is expected within a couple of days. “We thank the Chinese government for facilitating this transaction” he said.
