Chairman BoD PSM writes letter to Federal Secretary regarding violation of the state-owned enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023 by the MOI&P

KARACHI/ISLAMABAD, July 19 (SABAH): Chairman Board of Directors Pakistan Steel Mills Aamir Mumtaz has written letter to Federal Secretary Ministry of Industries and Production, Islamabad regarding the violation of the state-owned enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023 by the Ministry of Industries and Production (MOI&P).

It has been written in the application “I am writing to express my concerns regarding the potential violation of various clauses of the State-owned enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023 by the Ministry of Industries and Production (MOI&P). The Act provides a framework for managing public sector organizations and rulers for their governance.”

The Chairman Board of Governors Pakistan Steel Mills Aamir Mumtaz wrote in the letter that he has also attacked the evaluation report. Aamir Mumtaz wrote “I have also received other letters from the CBA Chairperson which were sent to you”.
