Both opposition & govt are integral part of the democratic system: Azam Nazeer Tarar

ISLAMABAD, May 23 (SABAH): Minister for Law and Justice Senator Chaudhry Azam Nazeer Tarar Advocate met Canadian High Commissioner Leslie Scanlon in Islamabad on Thursday.

They discussed matters pertaining to Human Rights Commission and policies regarding minorities. The Minister said government is committed to protect and uphold human rights. He said national development is topmost priority of the government.                            

Azam Nazeer Tarar said both opposition and government are integral part of the democratic system.            

He said measures are being taken at the government level for environmental sustainability.
