Bilawal says the most failed govt is playing with future of country
PESHAWAR, Nov 30 (SABAH): Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Tuesday while referring to the talks with the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) said that how the government can negotiates with the terrorists on its own without taking the parliament into confidence. He said that the most failed government is playing with future of the country. He said that the selected government is committing dacoity on the democratic, human and economic rights of the masses, adding that the masses should support us, we will foil all their conspiracies.
Addressing a public gathering in Peshawar on the occasion of the party’s 54th Foundation Day on Tuesday, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that PTI government announces monthly increase in the prices of petroleum products, adding that we reject monthly increase in the petroleum prices. He said that in future days there is will not gas, which is the incompetence of government. He said that the government is carrying out such legislation in result of which the State Bank of Pakistan will become the slave of foreign institutions but wee will not permit making the central bank as slave of the international financial institution, adding that we reject the State Bank laws. He said that efforts are being made to forcefully implement the EVM, adding that we want free, fair and transparent elections and we reject the EVM. He said that the real face of the change is historic price spiral and unemployment.
Bilawal Bhutto said that the game is being played on the name of the overseas Pakistanis, adding that EVM is RTS-2. He said that there should be separate electoral college for the overseas Pakistanis, adding that we have told that there should be representative of the overseas Pakistanis in the parliament, adding that how it is possible that vote is caste Parris and result comes out from Peshawar.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the government was secretly holding talks with the terrorists involved in the APS tragedy. “We will not accept the negotiations with the proscribed organisation.”
The PPP chairman said that the dialogues do not take place in the dark of night, adding that the parliament must be taken into confidence, adding that terrorists involved in serious crimes should be brought before the courts of and punished.
Bilawal went on to say that the that brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa fought courageously against terrorism, adding that the world has failed in Afghanistan but our police, army and FC jointly defeated terrorists.
Meanwhile Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that after a long struggle and unprecedented sacrifices, only Pakistan People’s Party can pave the way for democracy in Pakistan. Only PPP’s manifesto and strategy can make the homeland of 220 million Pakistanis a truly democratic and welfare state.
According to a statement issued on the occasion of the 54th Foundation Day of the party, Chairman PPP said that Pakistan People’s Party is a revolutionary movement based on the ideology of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the philosophy of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, and the struggles and sacrifices of many generations.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that even in face of the most difficult circumstances, PPP had given the country and the nation a rich strategic gift, including the country’s first unified constitution, nuclear program guaranteeing invincible defense and missile technology, provincial sovereignty, and agrarian and economic reforms. Other hallmark achievements of PPP include making Pakistan the hub of the Islamic world politically by organizing Islamic Summit and Pak-China friendship, the CPEC project.
“Today, I salute all the jiyalas who sacrificed their lives for the cause of democracy, endured the hardships of imprisonment, deportation, and undemocratic forces, and also faced sponsored media trials,” stated Chairman PPP.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that party officials and workers possess the unwavering courage and determination to carry out the unfinished mission of Quaid-e-Awam Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. They are the ones who are breathing a new life into their struggle.
“Today, we renew our commitment to continue fighting for the rights of the people, the emancipation of women, the inclusion of minorities in the national mainstream, the empowerment of democratic institutions, the rule of law, and the well-being of the people of this nation,” promised Chairman PPP.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari further said that the leadership of Pakistan Peoples Party and the tireless struggle of the jiyalas will soon bear fruit. He stated that the dream of eradicating all forms of discrimination from the country and establishing a society based on equality was about to become a reality.
He emphasized that the time has come for real democracy to be established in Pakistan and for the end of the reign of selected regimes.
