Appointment & announcement of caretaker PM to be made as per the procedure given in the constitution: Marriyum Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD, July 24 (SABAH): Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says the appointment and announcement of caretaker Prime Minister will be made as per the procedure given in the constitution.

In a statement issued on Monday, Marriyum Aurangzeb said Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will seek guidance from PML-N Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and consult with coalition parties in the government in this regard.

The Minister said the Prime Minister and Leader of Opposition Raja Riaz Ahmed Khan will complete the consultative process in accordance with the constitution.
