Alkhidmat Foundation’s Women Wing sends relief goods worth more than Rs 4 million to Balochistan

LAHORE, August 26 (SABAH): Relief goods valuing more than Rs 4 million have been sent to Balochistan for the people affected by heavy rains and floods under the auspices of Alkhidmat Foundation Women Wing (Trust) Lahore here on Friday. The relief goods include clothes, rations, utensils and the beds. 

On this occasion, General Manager Alkhidmat Foundation Women Wing Darkhashan Farheen appreciated the philanthropists and people who are helping out their brothers and sisters in this trying time.  

While expressing her grief, she was of the view that they were feeling pain of those people of Balochistan hit by heavy downpour and floods and continued, “may Almighty Allah shower His blessings upon them and ease their hardships. She maintained that Alkhidmat Foundation will keep on assisting the victims of heavy rains and floods. Right now volunteers of Alkhidmat Foundation are busy in relief and rehabilitation activities, she added.
