Alkhidmat Foundation Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafri & Education National Director Dr. Ahmed Jibran pay a three-day visit of Dir, Chitral
LAHORE, May 22 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan’s Secretary General Syed Waqas Jafri and Education National Director Dr. Ahmed Jibran Baloch made a three-day visit of Dir and Chitral.
On this occasion, Alkhidmat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Khalid Waqas and local office-bearers were also present. Motif of the visit was to take stock of schools, diagnostic Centre, Aghosh, hospital and other projects ongoing under the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan.
Khalid Waqas briefed the delegation during the visit of residential institution Aghosh in Lower Dir and Chitral that there are 300 orphans were residing there who were being provided with education, training, ration, residence and other facilities.
Likewise, the delegation participated in a Quran Convention held in honor of those who completed the recitation and memorized the Holy Quran and conferred the certificates and prizes upon the students.
Afterwards, the delegation paid visits to the Alkhidmat’s schools, diagnostic centres and its hospitals and examined educational, medical facilities and other facilities.
Syed Waqas Jafri expressed his satisfaction over the services being provided by Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan in the far-flung areas of the country and added that Alkhidmat Foundation was improving its services with the passage of time. He added the purpose of these services in far flung areas is to bring ease in the lives of the people.
