Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan organizes medical conference titled ‘MEDCON 2024’ at the Expo Center in Lahore
LAHORE, Sep 07 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan organized medical conference titled “MEDCON 2024” at the Expo Center in Lahore. The conference was attended by over 1,000 male and female students, vice chancellors and principles of 39 medical colleges of Punjab. During the conference the awards and certificates were also distributed among the position holder and prominent students.
Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman, Central President PIMA Professor Dr. Habib Shahid, President Alkhidmat Health Foundation Professor Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif, President PIMA Lahore Dr. Muhammad Humayn, Vice Presidents of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Zikrullah Mujahid, Air Marshal (retd) Arshad Malik, JI Information Secretary Qaiser Sharif and prominent personalities from different walks of life were also present on the occasion.
While addressing the conference Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that youth is the asset of the nation and country, adding that youth has crucial role in progress of Pakistan. Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that we are carrying out practical struggle for making this asset beneficial for the country. He said that the role of Alkhidmat Foundation in education, health, emergency disasters and other fields is appreciable.
World Health Foundation Punjab Chief Dr. Jamshed along with the delegation attended the conference and expressed happiness on encouraging the young students by the Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan.
President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman while briefing the participants of the conference about the services of Alkhidmat Foundation for the suppressed Palestinian people and upcoming projects for them reiterated the resolve that Alkhidmat Foundation will continue the relief operation for the people of Gaza and will start implementation of the rehabilitation projects immediately after the stopping of war.
During the public health system and digital health, the prominent doctors, professors and health professionals guided the students regarding the problems being faced in the practical filed.
