Air Force case hearing against Yasin Malik has again been adjourned till 23rd January, 2023
SRINAGAR, Dec 22, (SABAH): On Thursday during the scheduled court hearing, the Air Force case has again been adjourned till 23rd January, 2023.
Illegally incarcerated Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik was again produced online from Tihar Jail.
During the court proceedings, the CBI counsel pleaded that the government of India has denied Muhammad Yasin Mali’s production in the said court for a period of one year while as his associates were physically present.
The Jammu TADA Court judge has turned down the plea and has again issued the production orders of Yasin Malik.
JKLF spokesman while terming the act as unlawful and illegal, has strongly condemned the undemocratic and inhuman approach of Narendra Modi led government of India towards Yasin Malik and other pro freedom political prisoners of Jammu Kashmir languishing in different jails in India.
The Rubaiya Syed Case is scheduled to be heard today (Friday), 23rd December, 2022 in the same court.
