Above the Constitution steps taken by civil-military establishment & political leadership’s lust for power are cause of crisis in Pak: Liaqat Baloch
LAHORE, Jan 17 (SABAH): Naib Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and candidate from NA-123 and NA-128, Liaqat Baloch has said that undemocratic and above the Constitution steps taken by civil-military establishment and political leadership’s lust for power are cause of crisis in Pakistan. He said that political, economic, social, cultural and ideological instability is becoming a threat to national security and unity.
Liaqat Baloch expressed these views while addressing elections conventions, corner meetings and women conferences. He further said that tactics of using people through falsehood, deception, treachery and careless use of money ultimately causes poisonous division and disappointment of the nation. He said Jamaat-e-Islami will get rid the country of crisis through character, services and Islamic welfare manifesto.
For civil-military relationship, he said implementation of the Constitution and law will bring stability. He said all the institutions should work according to the Constitution as it would restore honor, confidence and respect of all. He said that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Muslim League and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have nothing to show regarding their performance during their tenures. He said all these parties looted and befooled the masses while being together, adding still they are involved in political wrangling.
While referring to Ishaq Dar views about making cabinet ahead of elections will create an environment of pre-poll rigging and engineered elections, he said. He noted that Jamaat-e-Islami would unfold such steps. According to the vision of founders of Pakistan, Liaqat Baloch said that Jamaat-e-Islami would establish supremacy of Quran and Sunnah after coming into power in the country. He said they would introduce a best governance in the country. For increasing exports, cottage industry and big industries would be given best and international level facilities, he added. He said that Jamaat-e-Islami would double the GDP growth of the country.
While addressing minority leaders and corner meetings, Liaqat Baloch said that non-Muslim community is playing crucial role in the prosperity and development of Pakistan. He said that their basic rights would be ensured. The meetings were also addressed by Salman Baloch, Chaudhary Muhammad Ejaz, Ahmed Raza Butt, Habib Nazir, Irfan Mughal and Shahid Aslam Malik.
