Abdul Akbar Chitrali for monitoring of all universities of Pakistan including Islamia University Bahawalpr

ISLAMABAD, July 25 (SABAH): Senior leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and Member National Assembly Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali has said that no-one speaks against professors and staff of Islamia University Bahawalpur who had nude pictures of 5,500 girl students and narcotics were also recovered from them.

Addressing during National Assembly’s session, Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali demanded of the government to monitor all the universities of the country so that such issues could be ascertained and that where cruel acts were being committed.

He also demanded of the government of Pakistan to expel the ambassadors of Sweden and Denmark forthwith as well as call back its ambassadors from these countries.

He remarked, “I also demand of Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC), Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq and all other Islamic countries to expel ambassadors of these countries as well as call their ambassadors back from these countries.”

He further said that an organized conspiracy was being hatched at national as well as international level against the Islamic rituals, saying ups and downs were found each and everywhere but the religious seminaries were being targeted on the name of human rights.

Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali said that nude pictures and narcotics were recovered from the professors and staff of the Islamia University Bahawalpur while no-one is speaking against them including supporters of human rights but propaganda was being done against the religious seminaries whereas these institutions were providing free of cost religious and Quran and Sunnah education to over 3.5 to 4 million children.

In these days of inflation, he added these religious seminaries were providing free of cost food and other facilities to these students. “We are running institutions, no-one uses stick in these institutions but a conspiracy is being hatched to defame these institutions.”

In the country, he said, rules of Islam are being disgraced and people are being unconsciously taught that such [heinous] acts are being perpetrated in the religious seminaries.

“I demand of the government of Pakistan to monitor all the universities of the country so that such issues could be ascertained and that where cruel acts were being committed,” he said.

In the universities, he said narcotics were being sold out which is an anti-Sharia act and added such issues should be monitored to unfold them as well as to find out that where cruelty was being committed.

Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali demanded of the government to expel the ambassadors of Sweden and Denmark as in these countries desecration of Holy Quran was done. He added, “We believe in all the Prophets of Allah Almighty as he who refuses this is not a Muslim.”
