A private plane carrying six Russian nationals that was bound from India to Tashkent crashed in Badakshan: Afghan Aviation Ministry
KABUL/NEW DELHI, Jan 21 (SABAH): The Afghan Aviation Ministry in a statement has said that a private plane carrying six Russian nationals that was bound from India to Tashkent crashed in Badakshan.
In a statement issued on Sunday by the Afghan Aviation Ministry, the crash took place around 7:00 PM Afghanistan time, adding that the plane was not to be in Afghanistan’s airspace.
Meanwhile according to the statement issued by Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of Indian, the unfortunate plane crash that has just occurred in Afghanistan is neither an Indian Scheduled Aircraft nor a Non Scheduled (NSOP)/Charter aircraft. It is a Moroccan registered small aircraft. More details are awaited.
