650 housing units destroyed or damaged as a result of Israeli bombing of Gaza

GAZA, August 06 (SABAH): The Palestinian Government Information Office in Gaza has said that 650 housing units destroyed or damaged as a result of the (Israeli) bombing of Gaza.

According to the statement issued by the Palestinian Government Information Office in Gaza, the only power plant in Gaza has been shut down due to the lack of fuel entering from the Israeli side.

Meanwhile United Nations Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territory, Framcesca Albanese has condemned Israel’s air strikes in Gaza to allegedly ‘deter’ Islamic Jihad’s possible retaliation for its leader’s arrest.

In a statement issued on twitter on Saturday, Framcesca Albanese said that as International LAW only permits the use of force in self-defense, Operation Breaking Dawn is a flagrant act of aggression. He said that it is illegal, immoral and irresponsible.
