64% Pakistanis report they or someone in their household suffered from fever in the past month: Gallup & Gilani Pakistan Survey
ISLAMABAD, April 8 (SABAH): According to a survey conducted by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, over 3 in 5 (64%) Pakistanis reported that they or someone in their household suffered from fever in the past month.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country was asked the question, “In the past month, have you or any member of your household experienced any of the following ailments/illnesses? By household members, I mean all individuals who live together and share a kitchen? – Fever”. In response, 64% said ‘Yes’ and 36% said ‘No’.
Meanwhile, 8% men report being married more than once – Citing Death of Previous Spouse (36%) and Religious Permission (33%) as Reasons. According to a survey conducted by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 8% men report being married more than once.
A nationally representative sample of married men from across the country was asked the question, “Is this your first marriage?”. In response, 92% said ‘Yes’, and 8% said ‘No’.
