Sense of deprivation among the people of South Punjab increased many fold during tenure of  PTI’s govt: Hamza


BAHAWALPUR/LAHORE, May 01 (SABAH): Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has said that the sense of deprivation among the people of South Punjab has increased many fold during the tenure of  PTI’s government.

Talking to newsmen in Bahawalpur on Sunday, he regretted that the country’s biggest province remained functional without its Chief Minister for more than three weeks due to the unconstitutional act of PTI leaders.

Punjab Chief Minister said that our youth has been unemployed after showing a dream of ten million jobs while the country has been pushed in economic crises by the previous government of PTI.

He said that government of PML-N is committed to serve the nation as good deeds will always be remembered in the annals of history.

He strongly condemned the use of abusive language by the leaders and workers of PTI in Masjid-e-Nabvi during the visit of the Prime Minister and termed it against the sanctity of Holy Places.

He announced the restoration of Speedo Bus Service in Bahawalpur which had been closed by the previous government of PTI.

Meanwhile Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz has taken stern notice of diesel shortage in some cities of the province. During a meeting in Lahore on Sunday, he directed to ensure availability of diesel and take indiscriminate action against its hoarders. The Chief Minister said the federal government will also be approached immediately to ensure availability of diesel in the province.
