LAHORE, Jan 8 (SABAH): Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has started registration in Lahore under the free IT training program “Bano Qabil”. The objective of this program is to pave the way for digital revolution across the country by providing free IT education to millions of students.
Speaking on the occasion, Secretary General Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Syed Waqas Jafri said that the Bano Qabil program is not just a program but a commitment to lift the youth out of the mire of poverty and unemployment through education, skills and self-reliance.
This program will not only help in strengthening the economy of Pakistan but will also play a key role in improving the individual and economic condition of the students, he remarked.
He said under this program, 28 advanced IT courses will be offered to the students, including digital marketing, web development, freelancing, e-commerce, and other IT skills.

He said in the next phase, the students will be attached to industries so that they can demonstrate their skills in the practical field.
Additionally, free laptops will be provided to the students so that they can make their place in the digital world, he said. Special scholarships will also be given to the intelligent and outstanding students under the Bano Qabil program to further enhance their educational journey, he said.
